Return Window

Refunds

Cancel the Order

1. Our warehouse usually delivers goods within 1-2 working days. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@hlthsky.com as soon as possible.
2. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order. If the item has been shipped and is being shipped to you, we will treat the order as a return (see the policy above).
